Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms, alondt5 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
